Ten Cent Penny began when Ryan (guitar, vocals) joined up with Kerri (lead vocals) and Mike (guitar, keys, and vocals) for a jam session in March of 2002. The trio jelled together and Ten Cent Penny was formed. The group played out for two years as a trio before welcoming Steve (bass, vocals) and Bernie (drums) to the group in 2004 creating their current five-piece configuration. Ten Cent Penny plays a variety of music, from classic and modern rock, to pop-county, to heavy metal and punk. Four-part harmonies, dual guitar leads, kickin medleys, and packed dance floors are to be expected when Ten Cent Penny plugs in and rocks out.
